Improving Our Signwork

Improving Our Signwork

After suffering from quarter after quarter with lagging sales, I realized that I needed to do a better job of improving our customer attraction and retention. I started thinking about how a customer might find our business, and it occurred to me that we needed to go through and improve our sign work. We were able to find a great business in the area that offered a huge number of available signs, and they were really amazing to work with. They recreated all of the signs that we needed for our business, and it was incredible to see just how much more business we were able to enjoy in a short timeframe.

Five Signs It's Time for a New Commercial Sign

Your business's sign is one of the most critical marketing tools at your disposal. It's the first impression customers have of your brand, and it serves as a beacon that draws people in. But as time passes, even the best signs can begin to lose their effectiveness. If your sign is getting old, it might be time for a change. Read on for five signs that indicate it's time to update your commercial sign.

Your Sign Is Faded or Damaged

Over time, weather and sunlight can cause a sign to fade and appear dull. In addition, wear and tear can cause dents, scratches, and other types of damage that make your sign look unprofessional. If you notice that your sign looks faded or damaged, it's time for an update.

Your Sign Is Outdated

Your sign may also look outdated if it was designed several years ago and has not been updated since. Signs that use older fonts, color schemes, and design elements can make a business look outdated and unappealing to modern consumers. If your sign looks like it's from a different era, it's time for a refresh.

Your Business or Brand Has Changed

If your business or brand has undergone significant changes since your current sign was first installed, it may no longer accurately reflect your company. Rebranding, new products or services, or a shift in target audience may call for an updated sign design.

Your Sign Is No Longer Visible

Visibility is crucial for any sign to be effective. If your sign is obstructed by trees, buildings, or other structures, it may not be attracting as many customers as it could. Consider changing the location or size of your sign to ensure maximum visibility to potential customers.

Your Sign Isn't Attracting Enough Business

Ultimately, the effectiveness of a sign is measured by the number of customers it brings in. If you've noticed a decline in traffic to your business, your sign might be the culprit. An updated sign design that's visible, dynamic, and eye-catching can help increase foot traffic and attract new customers.

Your commercial sign is a critical tool for your business success. If your sign is fading, outdated, obstructed, or not attracting enough business, it's time to consider investing in a new sign. With a new sign design, your brand will stand out, attract new customers, and help your business grow to new heights. To learn more about commercial signs, contact a professional near you.
